About the project
Project Title: Active Power Filter for EV Charging Station – MATLAB/Simulink + Hardware Prototype Project Description: I am working on my graduation project, which is an Active Power Filter (APF) for EV charging stations, and I am looking for a Power Electronics Engineer to help me with both the simulation and practical hardware implementation. The project includes: * 3-phase Active Power Filter design * MATLAB/Simulink modeling and simulation * Control strategy and controller design * Harmonic compensation and THD reduction * DC-link design * Power semiconductor switches and gate drivers * Current/voltage sensing * Protection circuits * Filter component selection * PCB design * Hardware prototype implementation * Testing and troubleshooting * Comparing simulation results with experimental results I need someone who can work with me through the project stages, starting from the system design and MATLAB/Simulink simulation and continuing to the actual hardware prototype. I am not looking for someone who will only provide a simulation model. Practical Power Electronics and hardware experience is very important. Experience with Active Power Filters, 3-phase inverters, grid-connected converters, EV chargers, DSP/microcontrollers, PCB design, and MATLAB/Simulink is highly preferred. Please send me: 1. Examples of similar projects you have worked on. 2. Your experience with Active Power Filters or grid-connected converters. 3. Whether you can handle both simulation and hardware. 4. Your estimated cost and timeline. The project will be developed in stages, and I am looking for someone who can work with me throughout the implementation.
