Industrial Automation PCB Design
INR 12500–37500
About the project
I need a production-ready PCB for an industrial ranging device that will be integrated into larger automation machinery on our factory floor. The board has to combine three core capabilities: robust signal processing of the sensor data, reliable high-power outputs to drive downstream actuators, and on-board wireless communication for status reporting and firmware updates. The footprint must stay within 80 mm × 60 mm, operate from a 24 V DC rail, and meet industrial EMC/EMI standards (EN 61000 family). A multilayer stack-up with controlled impedance traces for the RF section is expected, along with generous creepage/clearance on all high-current paths. Deliverables • Schematic (Altium or KiCad) • Fully routed Gerber/ODB++ files ready for fabrication • Annotated BOM with manufacturer part numbers and lifecycle status • Assembly drawings, pick-and-place files, and 3D step model • Short design report summarising signal-integrity and thermal calculations Acceptance criteria • Wireless link maintains >30 m range through light industrial obstructions • Power outputs sustain 5 A continuous with <40 °C temperature rise at 25 °C ambient • No EMC test point exceeds limits in pre-compliance scan Timeline is flexible for quality, though the first review of the schematic should land within two weeks of project start.
