1:20 Solar Component CAD Models for 3D Printing
AUD 250–750
About the project
I’m putting together a complete miniature solar-installation kit so our sales team can drop the parts onto a scale model of a customer’s roof and instantly show panel layouts, inverter placement and battery location. The models must be dead accurate at 1:20 scale and built natively in Fusion 360. You’ll receive full spec sheets for every part—solar panels, hybrid inverters, wall-mounted batteries, roof sheets, rails, tilt brackets, tile brackets and clip-lock brackets. Using those specs, create clean, well-constrained solids that print reliably and slot together just like the real system. What I’m looking for: • Fusion 360 source files plus STEP exports • Geometry and hole patterns matching the supplied specs, simply reduced to 1:20 • Clean assembly joints so the pieces “click” into roof samples during demos • Consistent orientation and naming so my team can pull parts straight into slicer software without extra edits I’ll review each file for dimensional accuracy against the spec sheet and test-print random samples before sign-off. Let’s agree on a clear order: roof elements first, then mounting hardware, then the electrical equipment. If you have questions about any spec, ping me early so we keep the iteration count low.
