Revit BIM Modeling Expert

About the project

We are looking for detail-oriented BIM Production Modelers to support ongoing construction and engineering projects involving the conversion of 2D drawings into structured BIM models. This is a production-focused role suited for Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related graduates who are comfortable reading technical drawings and are interested in developing strong BIM modeling skills. Structured training and project-specific workflows will be provided. Prior professional BIM experience is helpful but not required for strong candidates. What You’ll Do Convert CAD drawings, PDFs, and other construction documents into BIM models. Create and modify structural and civil elements based on provided drawings and specifications. Produce project deliverables in formats such as RVT and IFC. Follow defined modeling standards, naming conventions, and project instructions. Record modeling actions, assumptions, and revisions when required. Perform basic QA/QC checks before submitting completed work. Address reviewer feedback and revise models as needed. Escalate unclear or conflicting information instead of making unsupported assumptions. Initial projects will primarily focus on civil and structural modeling. Opportunities to work on MEP and other disciplines may be available as the scope expands. Who We’re Looking For Graduate or undergraduate degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Engineering, or a related field - undergraduate students are welcome to submit their applications. Comfortable reading engineering or construction drawings. Basic understanding of AutoCAD and/or Revit is preferred. BIM experience is an advantage but is not required. Fresh graduates with strong technical ability are encouraged to apply. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow standardized processes. Comfortable receiving feedback and making revisions. Able to document work consistently. Reliable internet connection and computer capable of running BIM software. Ideal Candidate You do not need to be a BIM expert when you join. We are looking for people who learn quickly, understand technical drawings, follow instructions carefully, and can consistently produce accurate work. Candidates with Civil Engineering backgrounds and experience with structural drawings are particularly encouraged to apply.
