About the project

I need a complete fabrication design for a 24-foot Tata T19 Ultra that will be converted into a mobile maintenance workshop. I will supply the OEM chassis drawings and all critical dimensions; what I need from you is a set of build-ready plans that a fabricator can follow without guesswork. Scope • Body structure in STEEL, optimised for strength, weight balance and ease of manufacture. • Interior layout that fits the following must-haves: tool storage compartments, two sturdy workbenches and enough power-supply outlets to run multiple hand tools simultaneously. • Integration points and mounting details for a hydraulic lift, an air compressor and a welding machine, including safe load calculations, ventilation and service access. • External panels, doors, steps and lighting positions designed for quick access to tools and equipment while keeping the van road-legal. Deliverables 1. 3D CAD model (SolidWorks, Inventor or similar) plus 2D fabrication drawings with material thickness, weld symbols and fastener specs. 2. Equipment layout plan showing cable runs, breaker panel location and compressed-air piping. 3. Bill of materials broken down by section (chassis mounts, framing, skins, accessories). 4. PDF/print set for the workshop and a review session to walk through the design. Acceptance criteria • All components fit within the Tata T19 Ultra wheelbase, height and GVW limits. • Lift, compressor and welder mounting points meet manufacturer guidelines and calculated safety factors. • Drawings are clear enough for a fabricator to quote and build without further clarification.
