3D Mechanical Design of Biped Robot Leg (6-DOF, Servo-Based) I need a complete 3D CAD model (STEP+STL) of a biped robot leg structure with 6 degrees of freedom (3 DOF per leg: hip, knee, ankle). This is for the N2-W emotional interaction biped walking robot project. Key specs: - Leg length: 110mm (hip to ankle center), thigh & shank 55mm each - 6x MG90S servo motors (23×12×27mm), metal gear - Aluminum 6061-T6 U-bracket structural parts (wall thickness 2mm) - Hip: ±45° range, knee: 0-120° with mechanical stop, ankle: ±30° - Foot plate: 80×50×5mm ABS with 4x FSR402 sensor recesses (φ18mm×2mm deep) - M4 through-hole copper pillar alignment for 8-layer stack - Left/right leg symmetric (mirror) Deliverables: - Full assembly STEP (AP214) + individual part STEP files - STL files for each part (3D printing ready) - PDF 2D engineering drawings with dimensions and tolerances (minimum 10 sheets) - Exploded view with BOM Skills required: SolidWorks/Fusion 360, mechanical design, servo/robotics experience preferred.
