About the project

I need a complete 3D CAD model of a custom full-suspension e-bike frame inspired by the ICAN SN04. Requirements * Match the overall appearance of the ICAN SN04 as closely as possible. * Keep the rear triangle, rear suspension geometry, pivot locations, and shock position the same as the original. * Increase the size of the top tube and down tube to fit a large internal battery. * Design the frame to be fabricated from 4130 chromoly steel. * The frame should have smooth, factory-style curves similar to the ICAN SN04. * Maximize the internal battery space while maintaining structural strength. * Include a removable battery access cover. * The frame will use a split battery design, with the battery divided between the top tube and the down tube. Please maximize the usable internal space in both tubes while keeping the external appearance as close as possible to the ICAN SN04. The rear triangle, suspension geometry, shock location, and pivot locations should remain the same as the original. The final CAD design should be ready for manufacturing. Additionally, I would like the top tube and down tube to be approximately 15 mm wider than the original ICAN SN04, if possible, while maintaining the same overall appearance and allowing enough space for the split battery. If another size works better structurally or for the battery layout, I’m open to recommendations.
