Modern Hotel Corridor & Room Redesign
hr AUD 15–25
About the project
I’m about to re-energise a seven-storey hotel and want a fresh, modern look that instantly welcomes guests the moment the elevator doors open. The guest rooms will receive a light refresh, but the common corridors on every floor are the real focus: I need a cohesive design language that flows from level to level, improves way-finding, and feels unmistakably contemporary. What I expect from you is a full interior design package—from concept through to install-ready documentation. You will translate the modern brief into spatial layouts, palettes, lighting concepts, and furniture/fixture selections that work for hospitality durability and local code. CAD plans and 3D visualisations (SketchUp/Revit/3ds Max with V-Ray or similar) should clearly communicate how the new corridor finishes transition into the rooms, including junction details, ceiling features, signage integration, and discreet service-door treatments. Deliverables • Two initial mood boards to lock the modern aesthetic • Scaled floor plans and reflected ceiling plans for all seven corridors plus one typical guest room • High-resolution 3D renders (minimum four views per corridor type, two views for the prototype room) • Materials, lighting, and FF&E schedules with supplier references and hospitality-grade specs • A concise implementation guide that contractors can follow without guesswork I’ll provide existing architectural drawings and site photos the moment we kick off, and I’m ready to review concepts quickly so we can keep momentum. If anything in the scope needs clarification, let me know early so the final package lands on time and fully coordinated. I’m excited to see how you can transform our circulation spaces into a signature experience that carries through to every room.
