About the project

We are looking for a creative freelance interior designer to enhance the interiors of our ready-to-move-in 3 BHK apartment. All MEP services, flooring, false ceilings, lighting, fans, wardrobes, kitchen, and other fixed elements are already completed, so no major civil or structural modifications are required. The scope includes space planning, furniture layouts, identifying opportunities for functional and lifestyle spaces such as a pooja/temple, home bar, work-from-home area, Kids bedroom design, decorative niches and display units, along with multiple design concepts, photorealistic 3D renders, material and colour palettes, lighting enhancement suggestions, custom furniture/joinery designs, and detailed execution drawings. The objective is to create a modern, elegant, timeless, and highly functional home while making the best use of the existing layout and finishes. Here’s what I hope to receive: • A mood board that nails the overall aesthetic, materials, and palette. • Scaled floor plans showing furniture layout and optimal flow. We will give you the 2D CAD drawing of the flat • 3D visualisations or high-quality renderings so I can picture the spaces before committing. • A concise bill of material having all items, quantity, rate and amount to analyse cost of execution & 1 site visit if possible I already have 2D Auto CAD plan, photos and sample flat video ready to share and can walk you through the space on a video call. I’m happy to answer quick questions throughout the process and provide prompt feedback on early drafts.
