Tractor-Grade High-Power Amplifier PCB Design
INR 600–1500
About the project
"Hi, I want to place an order for a premium, custom High-Power Mono Amplifier PCB design. This amplifier will be installed on a tractor and needs to be completely rugged, high-performance, and bulletproof. It will mostly drive heavy loads like four 12-inch or two 16-inch woofers, but it must also safely drive small 4-inch speakers without burning them out. Please design the PCB combining all the following specifications into a single layout: Power & Architecture: High-Power Mono Amplifier using a Dual-Supply (+VCC, GND, -VCC) topology, capable of handling around ±35V to ±45V DC input. Output Stage: 4 Power Transistors in total -> 2x 2SC5200 (NPN) and 2x 2SA1943 (PNP) connected in parallel for high current and deep bass. Driver stage should use BD139 and BD140. On-Board Pre-Amp: Integrate an NE5532 (or TL072) based Pre-amplifier stage with dedicated Bass and Treble control pots directly on the PCB. Universal Speaker Safety (Multi-Output): Main Output: High-power output for large 12-inch / 16-inch woofers. Safe/Attenuated Output: A secondary terminal with a power-limiting/resistor network for small 4-inch speakers so they never blow up. Advanced On-Board Protection: Integrate a Relay-based Protection Circuit (using a 12V relay and UPC1237 IC) featuring both DC Offset Protection and Overcurrent/Short-Circuit Protection to immediately trip the relay if a wrong load or short happens. Heavy-Duty Layout (Tractor Spec): PCB tracks for +VCC, -VCC, GND, and Main Speaker Output must be extremely thick and wide with a heavy copper pour to handle massive vibrations and currents. All 4 main power transistors must be perfectly aligned on one single edge of the PCB for easy mounting onto a common aluminum heatsink. Deliverables: Standard Gerber Files (.zip) optimized for manufacturing on Robu.in, a detailed Bill of Materials (BOM), and a 3D rendering/image of the final board for review. Please review these complete requirements and share your quotation and timeline. Thank you!"
