Hi, I have an existing Shapr3D (.shapr) model that needs one modification. What I need changed: The outside perimeter of the model has a large rounded edge (fillet) that is too rounded. I'd like the outside edge to be approximately 50% less rounded while still maintaining a smooth transition. * I don't believe this can be accomplished by simply changing the fillet radius, so I'm looking for someone experienced enough to remodel the outside profile if necessary. All other dimensions and features should remain unchanged. Do you think this is an editable fillet, or would you remodel the outer profile? Please explain briefly. Important: Do not make the edge flat. Do not make it sharp. Simply reduce the radius of the outside edge so it has a tighter curve. I've included reference images showing the current edge and the look I'm trying to achieve. What should NOT change: Please keep everything else exactly the same: Overall dimensions Thickness Top surface Bottom surface Hole locations All other features Overall shape *Only modify the outside perimeter roundness. Deliverables Please provide: The editable Shapr3D (.shapr) file (this is very important) An STL file for 3D printing If possible, also include a STEP (.step) file for compatibility Revision I will print a prototype to verify the feel of the new edge. If the roundness needs a small adjustment after I test print it, I'd like one revision to fine-tune the edge radius. Reference Images I've attached: A screenshot of the current Shapr3D model. A comparison image showing: Left (✓): The amount of roundness I prefer. Right (✗): The current edge, which is too rounded. The goal is to make my model look closer to the example on the left.
