Virginia Residential Site Plan Stamp
USD 250–750
About the project
I already have a complete set of site plans for a small, new residential street in Virginia. What I now need is a Virginia-licensed civil engineer who can review the drawings, make any minor code-compliance edits that you feel are necessary, and then apply your professional seal and signature so the package is truly permit-ready. The core drawings cover layout, grading, drainage, roadway profile and basic utility runs. They were produced in AutoCAD Civil 3D, and I can supply both the DWG files and a combined PDF set. Your role is to confirm that everything meets current state, county and (where applicable) VDOT requirements, address any red-flag items, and return a signed-and-sealed plan set that the building department will accept without further revision. Deliverables I’m expecting: • One PDF file with your digital signature and Virginia PE stamp on all required sheets • Updated CAD files reflecting any adjustments you make • A brief compliance memo listing any key assumptions or code references you relied on A prompt turnaround is important because the subdivision permit package is otherwise ready to submit. If you’re a Virginia PE with recent residential or small-street experience, I’d love to work with you.
