About the project
I’m updating my home and want a fresh, cohesive look throughout. Although I’m an architect by training, I’d like a dedicated interior designer to take the creative lead on this residential project and handle the full design cycle for three key spaces: • Living room • Kitchen • Bedroom What I need from you: – Concept development that ties the spaces together while respecting each room’s function – Mood boards and material palettes with clear sourcing information – Scaled floor plans, elevations, and detailed joinery drawings (AutoCAD or similar) – High-quality 3D renders for each room so I can visualise the final result before any build work begins – A concise FF&E schedule specifying furniture, lighting, fixtures, and finishes that are realistically purchasable in my region I’ll stay closely involved, supplying existing CAD files, measurements, and any architectural constraints, and will review at each milestone. If you’re comfortable turning creative ideas into build-ready documents and can collaborate smoothly online, I’d love to see your portfolio and discuss timelines.
