About the project
I’d like a clean, contemporary false-ceiling concept that puts aesthetic appeal first. The space is being refreshed in a modern, minimalistic direction, so I’m after a design that feels light, streamlined and visually striking without unnecessary ornamentation. Here is what I need in hand-off: • A ceiling layout drawing (DWG or PDF) that shows dimensions, lighting points and joint details. • One or two 3D views or rendered images that clearly convey depth, texture and lighting effects. • A concise material & finish sheet so my contractor knows exactly what to source. • Basic installation notes that highlight fixing methods and any level drops. You’re free to suggest subtle shadow gaps, layered gypsum boards, integrated LED strips or other ideas that enhance the minimalist look, provided the overall composition remains calm and uncluttered. Files created in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit or similar are welcome, so long as the final exports are easy for my builder to read. Accuracy, tidy line work and a quick turnaround are priorities; creativity within the modern-minimal brief is where I hope you’ll shine.
