About the project
My current drawings cover a traditional-style home of a little more than 3,000 sq ft. I need help in two clear phases: Phase 1 – Plan Review You will study the existing floor plans and write an architectural improvement report that shows how the layout can be tightened, with special attention on the bathrooms and the setting room where space is currently wasted. Please back every suggestion with quick sketches or marked-up PDFs produced in AutoCAD, Revit, or SketchUp so I can see the logic behind each tweak. Phase 2 – Full 3D Design Once the layout is locked, I would like high-quality exterior and interior renders of the whole house plus a detailed interior concept for the main living room. That concept must include the furniture plan, key lighting positions, and material choices rendered in realistic 3D. Deliverables • Architectural improvement report with annotated drawings • Complete set of photoreal 3D renders (exterior & interior) • Furniture, lighting, and material plan for the main living room Please send a link to your residential rendering and interior styling portfolio and let me know how many days you will need for each phase. AutoCAD, Revit, or SketchUp files are preferred for handoff, and source files should be included in the final package.
