About the project

I’m starting from a clean slate and need a complete interior-architectural concept developed from the ground up. Once I share the floor dimensions and mood references, I’ll rely on you to turn them into a coherent spatial story—layouts, elevations, materials, lighting, and any structural touches that support the design. Because this is a brand-new design rather than a renovation, I expect you to guide the project from the first rough sketch through to presentation-ready visuals. Please include examples of past work that show how you’ve handled similar start-to-finish briefs; seeing before-and-after shots, plans, or renders that demonstrate your process will help me understand your style and technical range. Typical deliverables I’ll need: • Concept board and colour/material palette • Scaled floor plan with furniture layout • Key elevations or sections highlighting architectural details • 3D visualisations or renders suitable for client presentation If you prefer specific software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Lumion, etc.), let me know—compatibility on my side is flexible. I’ll provide accurate measurements, inspiration images, and feedback at each milestone so we can iterate quickly and keep the creative energy high.
