About the project
I need a set of high-resolution, photorealistic 3D renderings for an architectural project: a clínica dental and its adjoining recepción area. The focus is on detailed interior views, so materials, lighting, furnishings, and medical-grade fixtures must look authentic and inviting. Scope • 3 Models or refine the dental clinic and reception layout from my reference drawings or files. • Apply realistic textures, accurate lighting, and subtle décor that suits a modern healthcare space. • Produce at least two camera angles per area (wide shot and closer vignette) at 4K resolution. What I’ll Provide • Floor plans, elevations, and mood references. • Brand color palette and sample furniture links. What I Expect • Native files (3ds Max, Blender, or similar) plus high-quality JPG/PNG outputs. • One round of minor revisions for lighting, materials, or camera tweaks. • Delivery within 3 days after file handoff.
