About the project
I need a modern single-family house concept that centers on an airy, open floor plan. The project starts with space planning—zoning the living, dining, and kitchen areas so they flow naturally while maintaining clear sightlines and plenty of natural light. I also want thoughtful integration of indoor-outdoor living, energy-efficient orientation, and smart storage solutions to keep the interior uncluttered and flexible for future changes. To make decisions quickly, I will rely on: • A scaled floor plan that illustrates room dimensions and traffic flow • 3D exterior and interior visuals that capture the modern aesthetic, material palette, and lighting • Key elevations or sections that clarify ceiling heights and façade composition If you already work in Revit, SketchUp, or a comparable BIM/CAD platform, let me know, as I intend to carry the model through permitting after this concept phase. Once we agree on the main layout, two revision rounds should be enough to refine details such as window placement, facade treatments, and fixture locations. Please confirm your preferred software, approximate turnaround time for the initial concept package, and any similar modern residential projects you can share for reference.
