Petite Women's Suit Production & Delivery

About the project

With my fabrics, trimmings, and detailed tech pack already prepared, the next phase is full garment development and small-batch production of one style, which is a women’s petite suit. The style must be translated into a precise pattern, graded specifically for petite sizing, and then taken through cut-and-sew to finished garments. Here is what the work will cover: • Draft a production-ready pattern, using industry software such as Gerber AccuMark, Optitex, or CLO 3D (your preferred platform is fine as long as the output is compatible with standard factory formats). • Grade pattern into the complete petite size range, maintaining correct proportions and fit consistency. • Create sewn sample for approval, adjust where needed, and then move straight into a small manufacturing run with clean finishing, correct trims, and pressing. • Package and ship the finished garments back to me, clearly labeled by size. Acceptance criteria: digital pattern files (DXF or equivalent) plus PDFs, a graded size chart, one approved pre-production sample, and the final production run delivered on the agreed timeline. Note, I have a sample that is unfinished and needs tweaking. If preferred, this sample can be finished or a new sample can be started from scratch. All fabrics, linings, and notions are on hand and can be shipped to you immediately. I’ll supply the tech pack in advance so you can confirm any last measurements or construction details before starting.
