About the project
I have a new residential building on the boards and need a partner who can take it from initial CAD lines right through to a coordinated structural package. Here’s what I will hand over: the basic architectural concept and my design brief. From there, I need you to • draft all architectural and structural plans, sections and elevations in AutoCAD • build a detailed, fully textured 3D model in Revit for visualization and client presentations • run the structural design, prepare clear reinforcement details and compile the Bar Bending Schedule • return polished drawings (PDF + DWG/RVT) and the editable schedules ready for engineer sign-off AutoCAD and Revit are mandatory because they tie in with my current workflow. If you are comfortable analysing the frame in STAAD.Pro as well, let me know—having that capability in-house would be a bonus. Accuracy, clean layering, and compliance with standard drawing conventions will be the yardsticks for acceptance. Once I confirm dimensions and loads, I expect the first drawing set in one week, the 3D model shortly after, and the final structural/BBS package once we iterate any comments.
